CANPACK Group is seeking an HR Project Manager to lead and coordinate initiatives related to the redesign and standardization of employment structures across plants, with a focus on improving effectiveness and operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Economy or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in HR, organizational development, project management, or similar role
- Knowledge of manufacturing environments and operational structures
- Familiarity with the change management principles
- Analytical skills and ability to work with organizational data
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI)
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
- Fluent in English (C1)
- Willingness to travel (the need to travel on business – approx. 25-30% of the time
