Job Description
As the SAP Solution Delivery Team Lead for Record-to-Report streams, you will manage, improve and govern SAP FI, CO, IM, PS and Group Reporting solutions within our entire global organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SAP functional leadership roles
- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules, including FI, CO, IM, PS, VIM, FIS, and Group Reporting
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful SAP implementations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Change management experience and the ability to lead teams through organizational transitions
- Familiarity with SAP best practices and industry standards
- Continuous learning mindset and commitment to professional development
- SAP certifications (desired but not mandatory)
