Education Growth Lead

As the Education Growth Lead, you will be responsible for driving education as a growth vertical in Brazil, designing and executing Brazil's education growth strategy, and aligning various teams around clear education growth outcomes.

Requirements

• Built or scaled something measurable — a market, a vertical, a segment — and can clearly articulate the growth levers behind it.
• Think in activation, retention, and habit formation — not just awareness or top-line sales.
• Navigate both grassroots environments (teachers, schools, communities) and strategic conversations (partners, stakeholders, government).
• Thrive in cross-functional environments and can influence without authority.
• Curious, adaptable, and excited about shaping a vertical that doesn’t yet have a fully defined playbook.
