Accounts Payable Specialist

Accounts Payable Specialist role is essential to the day-to-day function of the Finance team, processing high-volume invoices, supporting vendor inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records. This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of 2 days in-office per week.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• 2–4 years of Accounts Payable experience
• Experience with media payables or agency environment preferred
• Experience with Concur or similar expense systems preferred
• Intermediate Excel skills required
