Requirements

• Consult with mortgage applicants to identify financial needs and offer solutions
• Maintain a high level of service, consistency, and professionalism
• Ensure exceptional member experience by overseeing loan process from origination to close
• Comply with industry standards, state and federal laws, and TRID disclosure regulations
• Establish relationships with Realtors, Builders, Financial Advisors, CPA’s, Accountants, and other referral sources
