You will work in a fast-paced communications center, learning about members, educating them on financial products, and providing professional services.
Requirements
- Availability to work any of the three shifts (8am-6pm, 7:50am-4:50pm, 8:30am-5:30pm) Monday-Friday, Saturday 9am-1pm, and one day off during the week (Tuesday-Thursday)
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (on-site and remote)
- Manual dexterity, ability to lift files, and use standard office equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with members, both in person and over the phone
- Knowledge of financial products and services, including credit cards, loans, and deposit accounts
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
- Multi-lingual capabilities (Spanish preferred)
