Payment Operations Specialist

We're Canvas Credit Union, passionate about transforming financial services. As a Payment Operations Specialist, you'll process payment and transaction files, provide superior service to members, and promote relationships that exceed expectations.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of Regulation CC and Regulation E, as well as knowledge of rules and regulations (NACHA/State/FED) governing checks, ACH, Wires and Instant Payments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with peers, other departments/branches and management.
• Strong relationship building, customer service and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
