Job Description
Canyon View Medical is seeking a Medical Assistant at its Pediatrics clinic to assist with patient care activities, customer service, and quality control standards.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited medical assisting program, or CNA certification
- Previous clinical experience of one year minimum or externship recommendation
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Knowledge of EHRs, preferably NextGen
- Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
- Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow
