As a Senior Technical Architect - Service Cloud, you will design and develop best-in-class solutions for our digital transmission of brand experience to customers. You will be a key interface between business and development teams and drive continuous transformation of Service Cloud landscape towards API-driven and decoupled architecture.
Requirements
- A degree in technical computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or a comparable field of study.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a technical architect or consultant in the CRM field.
- A proven track record in developing Salesforce Core Cloud solutions with a strong focus on Service Cloud.
- Extensive technical knowledge, especially in Salesforce, complex integration patterns, and DevOps.
- Experience in establishing API-first strategies and designing scalable interfaces within a Salesforce environment.
- Ability to lead and connect with various interest groups and stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on, result-oriented way of working.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Multi-Cloud Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, including Omni-Channel, Case Management, and Service Cloud Voice.
- Architectural Frameworks: Strong experience in designing scalable, Governor-limit-aware solutions and complex asynchronous processing.
- Distributed Team Leadership: Proven track record of guiding remote or offshore development squads through technical design sessions and rigorous code reviews.
- Strategic Communication: Ability to translate high-level business requirements from German stakeholders into clear technical blueprints for global engineering teams.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (or progress towards Technical Architect / CTA) is highly desired.
