Job Description
The ASC Nurse Manager RN is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and supervision of clinical nursing staff within the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). This position ensures high-quality patient care, efficient OR operations, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate’s degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred
- 1-2 years of experience working in an ambulatory surgical care setting or OR required
- Circulating nurse/ pre-op nurse/ or PACU nurse experience recommended
- 1 year in a leadership or supervisory experience required
- Proficient knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience collaborating across multiple functions
- Experience innovating in a fast-growing work environment and dealing with ambiguity
