Capano Management is seeking a Residential Leasing Consultant to assist prospective residents in finding their ideal home and meet leasing, retention and occupancy goals for the community.

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in
• Showcase community features to customers
• Use a customer-focused attitude to ensure smooth renewal process
• Utilize and establish creative marketing and social media strategies
• Support occupancy and retention goals
• Maintain accurate knowledge of the community and competitors
