Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary. Implement preventative maintenance measures. Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
Requirements
- Report directly to Maintenance Supervisor (if available - on staff) otherwise to Property Manager/Assistant Property Manager.
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance, renovating and preparing vacant units to move in condition, outdoor grounds maintenance and property appearance.
- Maintain building, performing routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities as needed.
- Respond to on call phone within reasonable period of time during regular business hours and while on call.
