Maintenance Technician

Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary. Implement preventative maintenance measures. Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies. Complete inspections of buildings, units, office and amenity space as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• Valid drivers license and own vehicle required
• Clean background required
• Ability to comprehend instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals
• Physical strength and dexterity to lift, move and handle equipment
• General maintenance knowledge and construction skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
• Self-starter with the ability to quickly adapt to new circumstances as they arise
