Property Manager

The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, including resident recruitment and retention, marketing, staff supervision, and financial management.

Requirements

• Oversight of all application processes, verifications, and additional information as it relates to new move-in paperwork and applications
• Recruiting and retention of all residents along with marketing the property through outreach efforts
• Supervising the purchase of all supplies and equipment used on the property
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting information and all property activities
• Supervising eviction of tenants in accordance with Delaware State Law
