Job Description
As an AI Transformation Managing Principal, you will guide financial services clients through their AI transformation journeys—defining strategy, shaping opportunities, and leading delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This is a senior consulting role that blends AI strategy, business transformation, and client engagement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in consulting and technology-led transformation
- At least 3 years in AI/ML or Generative AI strategy
- Proven track record leading AI initiatives for financial services organizations
- Strong understanding of how foundation models and GenAI can be applied to banking, capital markets, insurance, and fintech operations
- Excellent client engagement, communication, and storytelling skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
