Capco, a global technology and management consulting firm, is seeking a BA Investment Banking with Capital markets & Collateral Management for a role in Mumbai, India. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in consulting or handling change programs within investment banking and a sound understanding of standard Trade lifecycle, financial products, and collateral management functions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consulting or handling change programs within investment banking
• Sound understanding of standard Trade lifecycle, financial products, and collateral management functions
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements specific to derivative markets
• Ability to analyze data for complex business processes and translate technical requirements into business solutions
• Experience working in large cross-functional and/or cross-geographical programs
• Excellent understanding of change management principles
• Ability to operate in both agile and waterfall style project methodologies
• Attention to detail and high-quality standards of documentation, processes, and control environment
• Creative problem-solving ability, inquisitive mind-set, and confident self-starter
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing plans and priorities
• Proficiency in using tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office products, and other data analysis and presentation tools
• Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Organization skills
