The Product Owner will define and control project scope, manage end-to-end delivery, and create roadmaps and project schedules. They will also facilitate and lead project team meetings, consolidate project reports, and orient colleagues in the Network team.
Requirements
- Delivery of new products, definition of new capabilities strategy, MVP (pilots/prototypes) configuration
- 5-6 years of solid experience as Product Owner or in digital transformation
- Knowledge of products in corporate network technology, infrastructure, telecommunications, or Internet of Things (IoT)
- Create a short-term MVP roadmap and future state. 2-year planning, prioritization of functionalities
- Conduct market research on business needs or SWOT analysis
- Act as a business architect, facilitate cultural change, business models, operational models, corporate change management, process navigation
- Create/publish process documentation, process improvements, process mapping, kaizen, technical writing
- Presentation skills, experience in client service/consulting, ability to influence decisions with C-level executives, understanding of urgency
- Confidence to handle unexplored territory, transforming new concepts into written requirements, mapping current state to future state
- Ability to deliver with minimal supervision, having delivered complete products independently from conception, planning/design, development, testing, and launch, or within the SDLC cycle
- Experience in the energy sector is a plus
- Intermediate/Advanced English (possible international team involvement)
