Business Analyst (Banking)

CAPCO POLAND is seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of strategic initiatives within the banking sector. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to analyze requirements, improve processes, and ensure successful implementation of regulatory and technology-driven changes.

Requirements

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and IT teams
• Translate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams
• Support end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through implementation
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE)
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements
• Participate in UAT planning, execution, and defect management
• Support change management activities
• Monitor project progress and assist in risk and issue management
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder communication
