Business Analyst - Payments

Capco Poland is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Client in payments team, optimizing payment processes, analyzing customer issues, and gathering new requirements. The role involves leading projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Requirements

• Experience on complex/multinational projects as Business Analyst in payments area
• Good understanding of SEPA messages
• Excellent logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong business analytical skills
• Ability to communicate complex issues in an easily digestible format
• Experience in Agile ways of working
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English
