Business Analyst - Product Control/Sub-Ledger

Capco Poland is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join their Financial accounting & reporting team. The role focuses on driving strategic change initiatives, improving control frameworks, and enhancing front-to-back processes across Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet lifecycles. The ideal candidate will have experience with Product Control functions, Financial reporting, and accounting standards.

Requirements

• Experience within Product Control (PC) or Financial reporting/accounting function
• Knowledge of key financial reporting standards (IAS 32/39, IFRS 7, IFRS 9)
• Proficiency in month-end close, reconciliation, journal entries, and management of cash breaks.
• Understanding of major financial product lifecycle events and accounting implications.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in a market-specific financial product domain (Foreign Exchange, Debt Markets, Equities, Change Management).
• Proficiency in Agile project management
• Understanding of data analysis and actionable requirements
