Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in consulting, business analysis, or project delivery within banking or financial services
• Strong domain knowledge across Global Custody or Fund Administration
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end securities services or custody transformation initiatives
• Strong requirements-gathering capabilities, including functional requirements, process mapping, user stories, and target state design
• Experience supporting large-scale change or regulatory-driven transformation programmes
