Job Description
Capco is seeking experienced Business Analysts and Project Managers to join their Capital Markets team, focused on post-trade transformation. You'll work with globally significant institutions to accelerate post-trade capabilities and deliver readiness for upcoming regulatory requirements like T+1. This is an opportunity to shape impactful change across the full trade lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst or hybrid BA/PM within Capital Markets
- Familiarity with post-trade operations, securities settlement, and T+1 implementation
- Knowledge of key asset classes including Equities and/or Derivatives
- Ability to apply regulatory knowledge to operational and technology change
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
