Business Analyst (Capital Markets & Trading) for Capco, a global technology and management consulting firm. Work on engaging projects with largest international and local banks, insurance companies, payment service providers and other key players in the industry.

Requirements

• 7-15 years of experience in Capital Markets and Trading
• Strong domain experience in Capital Markets and Trading
• Proven ability to work on mobile app-based trading solutions
• Experience in defining, documenting, and managing requirements for digital trading journeys
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Exposure to Agile delivery models
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with Business, Technology, and Operations teams across multiple regions
