Capco is seeking a Commercial & Speciality Insurance Product Manager to lead innovative product strategies and deliver end-to-end solutions within the dynamic insurance sector. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Owner in Commercial and Speciality Insurance, London Market, or Reinsurance
- Deep understanding of delegated authority frameworks like PPL, Whitespace, and Lloyd’s platforms
- Expertise in insurance regulations, including Lloyd’s Blueprint Two and ACORD standards
- Track record of successful digital platform delivery within insurance or adjacent financial services
- Strong communication and leadership skills
