Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing end-to-end software delivery within Financial Services organisations
• Strong technical background in one or more core stacks (e.g. Java,.NET, or similar) with hands-on coding experience
• Deep understanding of Cloud technologies and modern DevOps practices
• Demonstrated success in building scalable systems and delivering complex, high-value applications
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments, driving efficiency and collaboration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for all audiences
