Job Description
Capco is a strategic and transformation consulting cabinet focused on financial services, dedicated to the French insurance market. They offer comprehensive support for transformation movements, covering strategy, operations, innovation, and leadership. They are seeking a Principal Consultant to contribute to the growth of the Assurance offer and position Capco as a key player in the insurance sector.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in consulting or transformation within an insurance company, bank, mutual insurance, pension institute, or brokerage.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and participation in business unit development.
- Mastery of complex project management, change leadership, and operational delivery.
- Strong appetite for business development and offering creation.
- Natural leadership and ability to lead interdisciplinary teams.
- Intellectual curiosity, agility, and creativity.
