Senior Consultant – Core Banking (She/ He/ They)

Capco Poland is a leading global technology and management consultancy seeking a Senior Consultant with strong expertise in core banking systems to support financial services clients.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of core banking platforms (e.g. Flexcube, Temenos T24, Profile, OBS)
• Proven experience delivering advisory services to financial institutions in the area of core banking and transactional systems
• Ability to analyze end-to-end banking processes and translate business requirements into system and solution designs
• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to core banking environments
• Experience with integration of core banking platforms with digital channels, CRM, BI, and external third-party systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
