Job Description
Capco is seeking a dynamic Insurance Consultant to join their Swiss Insurance Practice, focused on the global finance services industry. The role involves client engagement, consulting advisory, and project management, leveraging a strong understanding of insurance value chains and technology. Capco emphasizes inclusivity, innovation, and providing client value.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance or consulting industries
- Deep understanding of the insurance value chain
- Knowledge in some focus topics such as accelerated claims, Policy Administration Platforms, intelligent underwriting, policy migrations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English and German, French is a plus
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Project management capabilities are a plus
