Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical, Full Time, Variable

The Registered Nurse, RN plans and implements professional nursing care for patients in accordance with hospital policies, assumes charge nurse responsibilities as assigned, and facilitates a safe environment. The nurse assesses the patient, identifies patient care needs, and uses patient assessment information to organize appropriate patient care. The nurse plans, organizes, implements, and evaluates patient care, administers medication as ordered by physician, and recognizes life-threatening situations and responds appropriately.
