Administrative Coordinator

CAPE, Inc. has a part-time administrative coordinator position available for up to 30 hours/week. Eligible for a hiring bonus and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement plans, as well as 14 paid holidays, vacation, and sick days.

Requirements

• HS diploma or GED
• 4-year degree preferred
• 2-5 years of experience
• Proficient with database and MS Office
• Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid vehicle insurance
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• Teamwork/Effective interpersonal relationship with co-workers
• Meticulous and customer service oriented
