Job Description
CAPE, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Teacher Assistant to work with children individually and in small groups, providing developmental support and training under the supervision of qualified staff. The role focuses on building confidence and increasing self-esteem through a cooperative classroom environment and collaboration with other staff. This is a non-exempt position, paid hourly and eligible for group benefits.
Requirements
- Four core classes and Associate Teacher permit
- HS diploma or GED
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bi-lingual skills (Spanish/English preferred)
