Job Description
The Agile Dev Team Member V is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying system functionality, as well as providing guidance and mentorship to team members. The role requires expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, integration engineering, and cloud and DevOps capabilities.
Requirements
- Provide technical feasibility using coding methods and adhere to coding standards
- Ensure systems are architecturally sound and meet business acceptance criteria
- Lead system design and break down features into user stories
- Execute Test-Driven (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
- Perform impact assessments and support implementation activities
- Identify and raise issues and risks with functional design
- Work with the Product Owner to confirm code and acceptance tests
- Provide high-level expertise in solution design and functionality
- Review and validate application technical design
- Conduct system studies and analyze existing processes
- Analyze and make recommendations on system backup and security
- Develop techniques for automation and document programs
- Deliver working code each sprint
