Job Description
FBS – Farmer Business Services is seeking a Director Marketing and Sales Automation to build data-driven lifecycle programs, lead campaign planning, and oversee digital communications platforms. The successful candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in marketing/sales, insurance experience, and technical/business skills in marketing automation, data analytics, and sales tech.
Requirements
- 7-9 years of experience in a Marketing/Sales Position focused on Conversion and Retention
- Insurance Experience in P&C (Very desirable) and Life (Very Desirable)
- Open Experience in the Financial Industry, E-commerce
- Full English Fluency
