Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Property & Casualty Insurance Product Manager – Personal Lines with expertise in product rationalization, new product development, product run-offs, regulatory strategy, InsurTech enablement, and claims transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field (MBA, CPCU, or AINS preferred).
- 5+ years in P&C insurance product management, consulting, or strategy roles, with a strong focus on personal lines.
- Industry Certifications (Preferred): CPCU, AINS, ARM, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP.
