Capgemini is seeking a Senior Property & Casualty Insurance Product Manager – Personal Lines with expertise in product rationalization, new product development, and regulatory strategy. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of P&C insurance product management or consulting experience, strong expertise in personal lines pricing, underwriting, and compliance, and familiarity with technology platforms like Guidewire, Duck Creek, and Majesco.
Requirements

- 5+ years in P&C insurance product management, consulting, or strategy roles
- Strong knowledge of personal lines product development, pricing, underwriting, and risk management
