Capgemini is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions for large-scale enterprise environments.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
- Experience integrating ServiceNow using REST/SOAP
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in GRC
