Requirements

• Taking and relaying food and beverage orders
• Accurately entering orders in the POS system
• Communicating with kitchen
• Serving food and beverage to members and guests
• Checking on guest satisfaction
• Handling complaints and concerns of members and guests
• Providing food and beverage product knowledge
• Using proper serving techniques
• Practicing responsible alcohol service
• Monitoring patrons for intoxication and arranging taxi service when appropriate
