OCM/Project Manager

Capio Group is looking for an experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM)/Project Manager to work on a project enhancing a client's existing systems into a single solution by integrating a centralized database system. The role will be responsible for tasks including process assessment, developing an OCM plan and change strategy, and supporting change readiness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of broad experience applying Project Management principles
• 3+ years of lead Project Management experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• PMP certification or Agile certifications
• 5+ years of experience supporting organizational change tied to IT system implementations
• Prosci Organizational Change Management Certification
• 1+ year of experience with Accela Civic Platform or Accela licensing and enforcement modules
