Senior Project Manager

Capio Group is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to work as a part of the team on enhancing, replacing and integrating the client's existing legacy systems into a new modernized system.

Requirements

• 7 years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying Project Management principles, methods, techniques, and tools.
• At least 4 years of applying Project Management principles, methods, techniques, and tools experience as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT projects.
• Bachelor's Degree or additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
• Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
• At least 3 years of experience in managing modernization projects through all phases of the system development lifecycle (SDLC).
• At least 2 years of experience assisting with converting and migrating legacy data on a large and complex IT system project.
• At least 3 years of experience facilitating change control management processes in large and complex IT system implementation.
• At least 2 years of experience developing and/or facilitating review and approval of project management plans and deliverables for large and complex IT system development projects for government agencies.
