Finance Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join our team. The role will involve investigating/collating information regarding arrears of contributions, calculating arrears due, and issuing invoices for payment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for chasing payment by e-mail and taking inbound calls.

Requirements

• Administration experience in finance
• Excellent numeracy and data inputting skills
• Strong written communication skills being comfortable to chase and collect outstanding funds by e-mail
• Accuracy, attention to detail and quality management 'get it right first time'
• Strong communication skills and inbound call handling ability
