Integration Solution Architect (MuleSoft / Oracle) role is delivery critical for high volume integration programmes where external platform constraints must be designed, assured, and operationalised through MuleSoft within Capita owned environments. The role is pivotal in enabling seamless data and process flows between core platforms and ensuring alignment with business, security, and operational requirements.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations using MuleSoft (Anypoint Platform), including API-led connectivity, error handling, and operational monitoring
- Proven experience architecting and delivering integration solutions in large-scale enterprise environments, ideally with exposure to public sector or BPO programmes
- Experience operating across mixed Oracle and Microsoft estates, mediating between vendor-owned platforms and internal enterprise integration standards
- Proven experience integrating MuleSoft with Oracle SaaS / PaaS platforms, including consumption of Oracle-defined integration patterns, authentication models, and non-functional constraints
- Deep understanding of integration patterns, middleware, APIs (REST/SOAP), and data transformation technologies
- Proven experience integrating MuleSoft with Oracle SaaS / PaaS platforms, including consumption of Oracle-defined integration patterns, authentication models, and non-functional constraints
- Strong knowledge of security, identity management, and protective monitoring in integration contexts, aligned with GDS security requirements and Technology Code of Practice
- Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and present complex integration concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience working on delivery-critical, high-volume integration programmes where integration risk directly impacts business operations
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies, with a focus on iterative delivery and continuous improvement as per GDS framework
