We are looking for support for our location in Krefeld for a full-time or part-time position. The Customer Advisor Sales Workshop will be responsible for outbound and inbound customer care, customer binding, re-activation and re-acquisition of existing customers, and order hotline handling.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in sales
• Developed communication skills and enjoyment of dealing with people
• High customer orientation, service readiness, negotiation skills, and persuasion
• Secure handling of MS Office and CRM systems
• Smooth German language skills in word and writing
