Project Manager

Cardiovascular Logistics (CVL) seeks a Project Manager to support its mission by designing and implementing scalable tracking tools, governance cadences, and execution frameworks to ensure strategic initiatives remain aligned and on track. The successful candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in project management, operations, implementation, or analytics, and proficiency in Smartsheet.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2–4 years in project management, operations, implementation, or analytics
• Smartsheet proficiency required
• Strong command of Microsoft 365
• Clear, concise written communication
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Demonstrated AI prompting ability
