CCHL Mortgage Consultant Assistant

A Mortgage Consultant Assistant works directly under the supervision and guidance of a Mortgage Consultant(s) to manage communication between all parties involved in the loan process and provide administrative support.

Requirements

• NMLS License preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC guidelines
• Familiarity with loan origination software (Encompass)
• Complete comprehension of the mortgage process, from application, processing, underwriting and closing
• 2-5 years of mortgage experience a plus
• Proficient using Microsoft Office
