Business Analyst

We are a leading trading platform seeking a Business Analyst with solid experience in Fintech, particularly across CFD trading, stock operations, crypto ecosystems and card issuing programs. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between business and technology responsible for analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and defining scalable solutions to enhance reconciliation frameworks and system design globally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Fintech, CFD, stocks, or crypto operations.
• Proven experience in business process design, requirements documentation, and system implementation within financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial products, reconciliation processes, and data integrity controls.
• Experience collaborating with technology teams to define data flows, integration logic, and functional specifications.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and data visualization tools(e.g.Tableau).
