Job Description
This Senior Technical Recruiter role is central to expanding the trading platform's business within the four corners of the globe. The role focuses on recruiting top engineering talent for 2025 and beyond, with a strategic focus on the business objectives of Capital.com. This involves full recruitment lifecycle management, sourcing of candidates, building a strong pipeline, and serving as a business partner to engineering stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter within the software engineering sector.
- Excellent sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (we use Lever) and recruitment software.
