Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Dealing, Trading Operations or a similar role within a regulated financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of multi-asset trading (Stocks, CFD, KO) and knowledge of ESMA regulatory frameworks.
- Experience monitoring order execution, trade lifecycle processes, Best Execution, MAR and corporate actions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and produce KPIs and management reports (advanced Excel required; SQL/Python is a plus).
- Detail-oriented team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and improve processes and systems.
