Capital Farm Credit is seeking a Loan Administrator Retail I to assist with basic loan administration, loan accounting, content management, credit support, and office administration work. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or associate's degree, two years of related experience, and excellent customer service skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or associate's degree
- Two years of related experience in loan administration, office operations, or customer service
- Experience with financial services, mortgage, title insurance industry, or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of accounting/financial systems
- Computer systems and office equipment used for file management
- Documentation requirements for title insurance, deeds of trust, UCC financing statements, crop insurance, and flood insurance
- Professional, oral, and written correspondence principles
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications
- Organization and time management practices
- Attention to detail
- Working in a collaborative environment
- Critical thinking skills
