Loan Administrator Retail I

Capital Farm Credit seeks a motivated individual to join their team as a Loan Administrator Retail I. This entry-level position is responsible for basic loan administration, loan accounting, content management, credit support, and other office administration work. The ideal candidate will have two years of related experience and excellent customer service skills.

Requirements

• High school diploma or associate's degree
• Two (2) years of related experience in loan administration, office operations, or customer service
• Basic knowledge of accounting/financial systems, computer systems, and office equipment
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications
• Organization and time management practices, attention to detail, working in a collaborative environment, and critical thinking skills
