Job Description
Capital Farm Credit seeks a Scrum Master II to lead Agile development teams in the effective delivery of business and technology capabilities by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, fostering collaboration, and promoting continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field required, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- A minimum of three (3) years of related experience required.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred depending on business need.
